Description
A strong producing commercial grade berry grown commercially in northern China. ‘Crimson Star’ Goji berry often begins bearing the year after planting and produces good crops of tasty, large, bright red fruit. Bearing Age: 1-2 years after planting. Size at Maturity: 6-8 ft. in height. Easy to grow. We find the flavor is best when berries are dehydrated, not fresh. Goji is extremely nutrient dense and productive.
Site Requirements: Crimson Star™ Goji needs full to half-day sun and well-drained soil.
Uses: Best flavor when dehydrated.
Pests & Diseases: Goji is not bothered by pests or disease.
Pollination Requirements: Goji is self-fertile.
