Description
A high quality and productive new mulberry we have been trying to acquire for years, and did in 2024! Back in the spring of 2004, a group of friends discovered this extraordinary tree in Gainesville, FL, laden with a heavy yield of big, delicious black mulberries. Recognizing its potential, they started propagating the ‘Sixth Street’ Mulberry and distributing trees at farmers’ markets and festivals through their volunteer group, the Edible Plant Project. Could be a solid new mulberry, and gets good ratings! Morus alba.
