Description
We carry excellent selections of grafted jujubes. Robust, field-grown trees with excellent root systems.  Two year old, approximately 4ft whip. Should fruit in only 2 years under good conditions. Choose from the selections currently available. These are cold hardy in KY and suffer usually suffer no winter damage in zone 6. Â
Varieties:
Lang: A tasty heirloom and very reliable variety brought to the USA in 1908 by fruit explorer Frank Meyer. Large, delicious, crisp fruit. Edible fresh or dried. Great pollinator for Honey Jar.
Honey Jar: A crisp, delicious fresh eating jujube with sweet, delicious flesh. Produces squarish, medium small fruit with superior sweetness.
Uses: Fresh eating, drying
Resistant to: Remarkably free of disease and insects.
Site Selection: Well-drained soil and full sun.
Pollination: Self-pollinating, better yields with cross pollination
