Tana is an extremely productive, delicious honeyberry with sweet-tart berries. It's a resilient Japanese honeyberry that thrives in warmer areas as well as cold. Heavy production, plump round berries, and amazing flavor. These are currently extra large, 3-4' tall, 2-year old field-grown plants, ready to bear fruit!

RECOMMENDED FOR ORGANIC GROWING
Pollination: Many other honeyberries, especially other Japanese varieties.
Disease Resistance: Poor airflow can lead to mildew on the leaves.
Ripening: Mid-May or early June most areas.
Uses: Excellent fresh eating, great for freezing, jams, pies, etc. Makes great fruit leather, and a favorite of children.
Planting Site: Well-drained, rich soil, with full sun in northern locations and partial sun or 1/2 day sun in the Southeast.
