Shipping policy

Orders placed from November 1st-February will be shipped in late Winter to Spring depending on your region - we only ship live plants when it's safe to do so. Orders placed from March-April will ship as soon as possible weather and region dependent. Summer orders ship in 3-5 business days as we're able. We will notify you when it ships via UPS and UPS tracking will be provided! 

Order Shipping Schedule:

Florida, Texas, and other Deep South regions

Orders placed from Nov 1st to February generally ship late February to early March as we are able to safely do so. Orders placed from March-October will ship as soon as possible, typically in 3-5 business days.

West Coast and Southwest

Orders placed from Nov 1st to February generally ship March to early April as we are able to safely do so. Orders placed from March-October will ship as soon as possible, typically in 3-5 business days.

Kentucky, Midwest and New England

Orders placed from Nov 1st to February generally ship in April as we are able to safely do so. Orders placed from March-October will ship as soon as possible, typically in 3-5 business days.
