POLLINATOR HEAVEN!!! This is the NATIVE pollinator plant you must have if you are a pollinator and bee/butterfly lover or guardian. This little known NATIVE shrub is very unassuming. It thrives in wet areas and mucky sites, where little else useful thrives. Come mid-Summer, it bursts into fragrant blooms which appear as interesting little spheres of tiny flowers that are pollinator MAGNETS. It attracts HUGE amounts of butterflies, pollinators and bees who just love this plant. Really neat! Blooms for a long period, is pretty to look at, and is also fragrant. Great little native shrub. Help save your local pollinators by feeding them with buttonbush plants! Matures to about 5-8 ft tall.  Produced from KY grown seed.

"Buttonbush is a great shrub for naturalizing in wet areas. The glossy green leaves and fragrant, round flower clusters during mid-summer attract butterflies. Native to the Chicago area and the eastern United States, buttonbush attracts more than 24 species of birds, as well as numerous species of butterflies." https://www.mortonarb.org/trees-plants/tree-plant-descriptions/buttonbush
