Excellent flavor, production and fire blight resistance!  This exciting new release from the USDA ARS Appalachian Fruit Research Station in Kearneysville, WV. The fruit has ranked the highest in flavor intensity, flavor balance and juiciness among other pears in its season during years of extensive evaluation. The tree is vigorous and exhibits excellent resistance to fire blight.

All of our pear trees are FIELD-GROWN for high-quality and have excellent, robust, natural root systems.

Recommended for ORGANIC GROWING

Uses: Fresh eating, cooking, canning, juicing.

Resistant to: Highly resistant to fireblight.

Pollination: Most other pears should pollinate this variety.
