Description
A blight-resistant, self-pollinating American hazelnut! Vigorous, fast growing and hardy. Shows excellent disease resistance. The tasty yet small nuts are probably best used for wildlife. The bushes are very productive and healthy. We’ve been growing this hazelnut for about 10 years and have been impressed with it’s survivability, hardiness of blooms, quick growth and establishment and good nuts. Bushes stay somewhat compact but are thicket-forming in time, reaching about 8-10 feet tall. We’ve had zero issues with blight or disease of any kind. An excellent early season POLLEN SOURCE for bees! CANNOT SHIP TO CA, WA, OR, NY.
