Productive Jersusalem artichoke variety. Produces medium-large, high-quality tubers on very tall, vigorous healthy plants full of beautiful blooms. Drought resistant and pest/disease resistant. This variety has a nice reddish colored skin. Flowers in July/August, with prolific, small sunflower-like blooms. Will remain wherever it’s planted, so choose site carefully. Site Requirements: A sunny, well-drained location with loose good soil is best. Full sun. Raised beds work great!
