Noble muscadine is a black, self-fertile variety that produces medium size fruit with good quality and large clusters. This muscadine is the standard for making red wine. Wineries throughout Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee use this variety to make quality red muscadine wine. The muscadine vine is very vigorous, cold hardy and disease resistant. High yielding cultivar. Excellent choice for both fresh eating and wine-making. Ripens mid-season. 16% sugar, very sweet and good for wine making! Cold hardy to zone 7. Some growers in zone 6 are having success but it is experimental. CANNOT SHIP TO CA, WA, OR.
