Campaniere Fig Tree- Naturally Grown – NEW!

$59.99$69.99

Description

An extra early ripening, very cold hardy, delicious French fig.  Top notch flavor and quality!  Greenish-yellow skin at ripening with reddish interior with ‘berry’ flavored flesh.  Reports of mature trees surviving – 4 F without damage.  Smaller trees obviously will not be that cold hardy. Ripens around the same time as ‘Malta Black’ and ‘LSU Celeste’.  The fruit is said to handle moisture better than most.  Very productive and resilient variety, should be more popular.
