Description

Want to grow organic apples? Plant Liberty apple. Considered the most disease-resistant as well as one of if not the most nutritious apple cultivar in the world. Exceptional disease resistance makes Liberty a reliable, high-quality apple very suited to organic and low-spray growing. Apples are medium-large size, red over green, crispy, crunchy, sweet white flesh of very good quality. Similar to McIntosh but better flavor and much more disease resistant. Not a storage apple. Well suited to direct sales, U-Picks and backyard growers.

All-purpose apple good for fresh eating, cooking, canning and desserts. Mid-season blooms usually avoid spring frosts. One of the best disease-resistant varieties and all-around excellent choice for home growers and commercial growers alike. Ripens early-mid season around mid-September. Best suited to zones 4-7.

All of our apple trees are FIELD-GROWN for high-quality and have excellent, robust, natural root systems.
