Let me share with you the details of this truly incredible crop, because there's a lot to unpack.  First, this is an elephant garlic with delicious and mild garlickly flavor.  The massive stems are tender and can be eaten like leeks.  Some of the mature bulbs will be one single, round, massive clove, while others will have 4-6 very large cloves.  It ripens at the same time as other garlic (June most areas).
